Lee is an award winning Kent Wedding Photographer with over 15 years experience in the wedding industry. Having photographed hundreds of weddings at various venues she can offer Bride & Grooms an abundance of guidance in terms of organising & time-lining their wedding day. Planning is very important to Lee & she will meet with future Bride & Grooms several times before their big day to ensure that she understands their wish list & nothing is left to chance. She has a wealth of information, which future Bride & Grooms can tap into, to ensure they have the perfect balance of stunning photographs as well as precious time with their wedding guests on their special day.
In terms of her photography, Lee’s work has often been described as romantic & fairy-tale & she adopts a very natural, hands off, approach when photographing her couples. Lee has a very happy disposition in life & always greets everyone with a smile. She is a kind, caring person who has the ability to put her couples at ease. “Your wedding images, in time, will become your memories & you will not only remember how you looked but also how you felt. It’s incredibly important to enjoy the process. If you feel wonderful, you will look wonderful!”
Lee’s believes she was born with a camera in her hand and having been given her first ‘real’ camera at a tender age, it certainly seems like it. It’s now some years later and she is both wife and mother, but, having followed her dreams, she is a professional Kent Wedding Photographer based in Faversham, where she now lives with her family.

Another great Wedding Photographer in Kent, Jon Snapaway, joins the Wedding Photography team at Blushing Bride Photography. Well, he actually joined back in 2013 and since then Jon has photographed hundreds of weddings, either alongside Lee or on his own. In true Blushing Bride Photography style, Jon adopts a distant ‘fly on the wall’ approach to his work and loves to capture people from a distance, naturally, without them knowing they are being photographed. He has an incredibly creative mind & is constantly challenging himself to curate wonderful memories for our Bride & Grooms. Together Jon & Lee are a great team on a wedding day ensuring the story of two people i.e. the Bride & the Groom (see our Premium Package).
In terms of his background, Jon’s journey into the world of photography was more an editorial one. He is a master of light & is often commissioned by various magazines to produce editorial work. He is also heavily involved in the sporting world, specialising in boxing events. He is an award wining photographer several times over & has been involved in many high-end projects including red carpet events!
Jon can often be found teaching photography & guest speaking at various events.
On a personal level Jon lives in Medway Towns with his long-term partner. Jon is an integral part of our team here at BBP and we are very privileged to have him on board.
